Mike, I understand your point, but are'nt you actually better positioned if you make the investmen tand do the two simultenaously.

Yes.

Just choosing our priorities and executing in logical order. Low investment was required for validating the ideas. My quick & dirty demo only cost my time and worked well virally. I'm now moving aside to let the pro's at that sort of thing step in, now that we know it's viable.

So is HitTail a stats tracking system?

For me, the two most important things in marketing my sites are

1) No expenditure of money (I only put back profit into my sites by necessity)
2) A steady, comitted progression.

With virtually no money to put into advertising campaigns, it is necessary for me to have a structured plan on how to get my sites out there into the world, and to set goals and complete them in the time I alot to myself.
