My eldest - Hannah, who's 5 years old - loves him. Smiley

Since we saw one of his TV series a while back, we've made sure we've chased down some of his releases. Entertaining fellow, and adft as a brush.

Anyway, apparently some promo blurb for his latest release made it sound as if he'd broken Australian laws for protecting wildlife in Antartica.

All I can say is - what a croc!

 Irwin cleared of abusing penguins

Crocodile hunter Steve Irwin has been cleared of breaching an Australian law which prohibits interacting too closely with Antarctic wildlife.   The Australian government launched an investigation over an Irwin documentary, which claimed he "slides down hills with penguins".

Australian Prime Minister John Howard said no further action would be taken.

"I have been told that after a proper examination... no action of any kind is necessary," he told Sky television.

Oh, I cannot stand that guy!  Crikey but he's dumb. Smiley

And, quite frankly, it does bother me that he seems to get too close to and bother the wildlife he claims to care about so much.  There is just no reason to stick your head really really close to a wild crocodile or snake except pure theatrics.

I love this guy....this enthusiasm is contagious.

In business you can learn something from him...

When you are enthusiastic about what you are doing or selling it can be contagious...people will want to know what you are talking about...when you are excited about your product or sales nobody will be.

Try not to be too bummed. He went doing something he loved and pretty much the way everyone expected.

What does an untimely death mean?  It means it shouldn't have happend at all.  I think I was very sad about it at first because of his family.

What does an untimely death mean?

ime, untimely death usually means the person was too young.

I do feel terrible for his kids and wonder if his wife will move the family to the US.
