Where do you find products to sell on your ecommerce site?  Do you use dropshipping, where the company/manufacturer warehouses the product and ships it to your customer for you?  Or do you purchase from a wholesaler in bulk and then resell at a profit?

I have heard stories of other online merchants making money out of ebay by dropshipping items.  My fear is that what if these stores don't deliver promptly and properly as they should?  I don't like to have a negative feedback in eBay and eventually lose my account there.

Oh, I would never do dropshipping in conjunction with Ebay.  The only things I have ever sold on Ebay were 'garage sale' type things from around the house - things I didn't want anymore.  Oh, and overstock from my old t-shirt business.

I do think that dropshipping is a viable option for a website if you do your research and find a good one.
